China 15mm 19mm Extra Thick Clear Float Glass

Clear float glass is produced by choosing high quality quartz sandstone powder, soda ash, dolomite and other materials, which are melted under high temperature in glass furnace. The molten glass liquid flows through tweel to tin bath and then to lehr. While floating through the bed of molten tin, the glass under the works of gravity and surface tension becomes smooth and flat at both sides. After cooling, annealing and cutting, it becomes transparent flat glass with various sizes.
Migo Clear float glass has a good quality free of bubble, wave, string, stone, tin marks and optical distortion.

Packing and Loading:

Our Advantages:
1.Although our MOQ is one 20' GP or OT container, we accept mixed quantity for different thicknesses.
2.We will design each pallet according to your unloading method make sure customers will handle them easily. The container will be loaded around 27tons and try to reduce the cost for each glass sheet for our customers.
3. All the packages will be fixed with plywood blocks and steel belts to avoid movement. No compliants have been made to us about packing and loading.
4.The production lead time is one to two weeks for normal sizes.
