How to Use Pizza Oven Grill ?

Step 1 Put lump charcoal in the grill, using flamethrower or match light the charcoal.

The grill will be ready in 10 minutes.
Step 2 Settle the cooking grid, put the food on the grid, sprinkle with searing.
Step 3 Close the grill, let the heat cycle in grill to cook the food.
You can observe the temperatures inside the grill by thermometer.
Step 4 After few minutes, open the grill. The food will be cooked very delicious and juicy.
