Q3:Can't you simply cut the rope with a knife?

• All the ropes we use are steel cables covered with yarn. The steel wires inside assure that cutting is impossible. Rope play equipment has a reputation for being vandalism proof and is therefore also used in big metropolises

Q4:How many colors are available?

• We have 31 standard colors for pp from which to choose. We can also provide even more colors, for an additional charge. You can choose from 13 different colors for the ropes. Of course, we can combine several rope colors.

Q5:What is your packing method?

• Usually we pack in roll/bundle, with a woven bag outside. However, if you need other different packing way, please let us know.

Q6: What is your sample policy?

• We can do customized samples.

• We can supply samples within 5 days if available in stock, around 2-15 days for customized samples.

• Sample fee and express fee will be returned once your order reaches 1 ton.
