RCP7524-16 Flat-top Tower Crane is developed with advanced technology by Run Tower Crane. As a high-level slewing and self-elevating crane, it has a compacting and novelty structure. Its performance has reached to international level. Its hoisting mechanism, trolleying mechanism and slewing mechanism are produced using JOST technology, which ensures excellent performance and reliable operation.

Cutting and Welding Workshop
The cutting and welding workshop is built for storage of raw materials, cutting of sheet materials and section bars as well as welding of spare parts and tower crane components, which include mast sections, jib, turntable, pull rod, trolley cabin, trolleying cabin, hook, ash bucket. There are over 80 sets of welding and other processing equipment in the workshop. Specifically, we have 2 numerical control plasma cutting streamlines, welding robots for slewing parts, welding robots for mast sections and main limb, and over 40 sets of small or large tooling equipment for production of every component. Hence, from cutting to tailor-welding, processing of semi-finished components, assembly welding and assembling of spare parts can be all conducted in this workshop. Further, high production efficiency can be ensured.

Flat-top Tower Crane Characteristics
The jib features long service time and high safety. No pull rod will be required for support of the jib. With modular design, the jib significantly reduces design and manufacturing cost, thus bringing down the price of the flat-top tower crane, fully applying its flexibility and adaptability and improving the utilization percentage of the boom sections. In addition, installation and disassembly of the jib is easy as well.
Even during construction process, there is no need to dismantle the whole jib when we need to change its length. All we have to do is add or remove related jib sections. The sectional size of the jib is larger than that of a comparable regular tower crane, thus reducing buckling deformation during loading. Hence, the topless tower crane is more suitable for construction circumstances requiring variation of working scope.
For electronic control system, reliable and superior quality international brand electric elements are adopted, thus ensuring high level of automation and easy operation. Moreover, this topless tower crane comes with five categories of safety limit devices to achieve safe operation. Fully equipped with safety devices, the interlock manipulation platform features easy operation, comfort, safety and easy maintenance.
Design of the whole machine is assisted by finite element software to ensure reasonable structure design and standard technical indexes. As a result, the flat-top crane can be used for lifting projects under complex circumstances. The tower crane has multiple working modes which include walking, fixed and internal climbing mode, etc.


Finished Products Workshop
With over 20 sets of various lifting equipment, finished products workshop is used for storage of finished tower crane components and packaging and shipping of tower cranes. These finished components are organized in order for easy packaging and shipping afterwards, thus significantly improving delivery efficiency.
