some spare parts for you, once the screen get problems, please follow up below steps to solve it:

Step1: Take some pictures about the working status of the screen;

Step2: Replace the broken cabinet by the new cabinet;

Step3: Contact with us, and send the pictures to us, we will help you to analyze the problems.

Step4: If it is necessary, please post it to our company, we will maintain it for you as soon as possible, and then deliver it to you.

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

We usually ship by sea because led display volume . It usually takes 20 days to arrive. Airline DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT and sea shipping also optional.

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
