1.High thermal efficiency.
Boiler adopt heat transfer and flow resitance technology,use high efficiency heat transfer elements-corrugated smoke tube drum,air leackage and smoke emission is less in boiler ends. Boiler Drum Temperature is low ,low level thermal loss,high thermal efficiency.
2.Low original smoke emmission.
Furnace design adopt gravity settling technology and smoke separation technology,make the original smoke emmission reduce obviously.
3.Easy for transport,installation, lowest investment with high efficiency boiler
Boiler is combined by corrugated smoke tube drums,structure is simple,easy to modular integrate,unit piece weight is light,make the transport,installation,maintaince,boiler room have an advantage than other type boiler.
4.Low possiblity for boiler abrasion and dust stratification.
Because of large space of boiler upper part,boiler smoke dust settle easily,so it will reduce the possibility of the abrasion for smoke tube.
5.Multi-fuel are applicable.
Because of large space of the boiler furnace,it is also suitable for biomass fuel and gas ol fuel bnurning.
6.Capacity and pressure have no limitted.
Because of this combined corrugated smoke tube boiler is combined by several boiler drums,pressure have no limmited,it is very suitable for capacity >160 t/h boiler.
