5.Packing & Delivery
We adopt international standard packaging. There is a carton, outside with wooden case. Packing after fumigation, prevent the bugs. A box inside a machine, the ice machine and ice storage library packaged separately.For 1T/day Brine ice machine ice block machine block ice making machine,we usually use 20''container.

1.How can we place order?
After we made agreement on the product' surface finish and price, we will make proforma invoice for your /confirm/iation.when we got your advance payment (deposit) we will start production.
If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to delivery goods. if you don't have ship forwarder, then when the goods arrived at Destination port, you must find a ship forwarder help you clear the custom.
2.What's your payment term?

(1) Delivery Time: Approx. 60 working days since receipt of Down Payment.
(2) Delivery Term: FOB Shanghai
(3) Payment Term: 50% down payment, 50% balance by T/T before shipment

4.Warranty Terms:
18 months full package guarantee since the B/L date, main components guarantee for 3 years: compressor, condenser, and evaporator.
During guarantee period, the Seller should provide spare parts to Buyers without any charge in case of quality & design defect. If the malfunctions are caused by incorrect operations of the Buyer, the Seller will provide the Buyer spare parts at cost price. Buyer should be responsible for relevant shipping fees, insurance and import tax in any case.
