Adjustment of clutch handle
Place clutch handle in "off" position, Unscrew the nut, Adjust the length of clutch cable, The clutch can be completely separated when the clutch handle is pulled down to the "on" position. If the clutch separation is not complete then adjust the length of pull wire; There is no slip when clutch handle is placed in the "off" position, If the clutch slips, adjust the cable length, The free travel of the handle in the clutch limit frame is 10~15mm.
Adjustment of steering handle
The steering of the mini-tiller is realized by pulling the steering handle to operate the inset steering clutch. The adjustment method is: Loosen and tighten the nut, Adjust the length of the steering lever, Squeeze the steering handle, When the distance between the rubber cover and the armrest is 10~15mm, The steering gear in the gearbox can be released, the machine maybe veer , There is no continuous noise.
Adjustment of hand throttle control mechanism
The hand throttle should be adjusted so that the engine can hit maximum speed and can turn off the engine, And can work steadily at any speed.
Method of adjustment: Loosen the lock nut and bolt, Turn the throttle handle counterclockwise to the limit position, Then pull the speed regulating handle of the diesel engine to the flameout position, locking bolt, finally turn the throttle handle clockwise to the limit position, check whether the speed control handle for maximum throttle position. If is ok, lock the nut. If not, According to the above mentioned adjustment to meet the requirements until.
Adjustment of height of armrest
In order to adapt to different operations and different height of body on the different requirements of the armrest frame, The armrest frame can be adjusted as per your request by yourself. The use of Mini-tiller
1.Run-in testThe newly purchased or overhauled mini-tiller must be run in and tested before it can be put into full load work, otherwise it will accelerate the wear of parts and shorten the service life of parts.
Preparation work before running in

Run-in test method
No load: run in each gear for 0.5 hours
Under the condition of 1/3 rated load (rotary tillage depth of 5~6cm) : run-in of each gear for 1 hour.
Under the condition of 2/3 rated load (rotary tillage depth of 8~10cm) : running in each gear for 1.5 hours
WORK AFTER RUN-IN:
After running in, all the lubricating oil in the gearbox should be released immediately while it is hot. And inject appropriate amount of diesel, Clean with 2-3 minutes in the second gear. then the cleaned diesel is released, Refill with new lubricating oil, mini-tiller will work at full capacity.( the diesel engine is run in according to the instruction)
2. operation
1,Notes before starting
(1)Check the preparation items before starting according to the operation instruction of Gasoline engine.
(2)Check whether the fuel oil, lubricating oil and oil level of the gasoline engine meet the specified requirements.
(3) Check whether the lubricating oil and oil level in the gearbox meet the requirements.
(4) Check the throttle, clutch, shift, and steering of the entire operating system.
(5) Check whether the bolts of each connecting part are loose to ensure the fastening.
(6) Pull shift lever to neutral position, clutch handle to "on" position, pull the throttle to start position.
2,Starting
1) Start the gasoline engine according to the steps specified in the operation manual.
2)The gasoline engine should idle for three minutes without load.
3) After the normal operation of the gasoline engine, pull the gear shift lever to the desired position, then smoothly put down the clutch handle to the "off" position, and the mini-tiller can start working.
Pay attention to check whether the left and right steering gear is combined. Inspection method: do not hold the steering handle, the left and right swing of the armrest when the swing is not moving, that is, the steering gear teeth embedded joint.
3,Gear shift
Pull clutch handle to "on" position and move shift lever to desired gear position. Note when changing gear.

(1) In the fields and on the roads
Left turn: push the arm rest to the right while pinching the handle to the left.
Right turn: push the armrest left while pinching the right turn handle.
(2)In a large slope downhill, special attention should be paid to, it is best to use human power to push the handrail left or right to turn, because in a large slope downhill turning, and the operation direction of flat road turning is just opposite, namely: pinch to turn left to handle, farming machine to turn right; Turn the handle to the right and turn the machine to the left.
5. Paddy field work, using of ditching and ridging.
1) using back and forth rotation tillage in field working
2) using slow files for harder fields , and use slow files or fast files for less muddy fields
3) when digging ditches and digging up soil, please use reverse rotation to cultivate and prevent the machine from moving backward;
4) when tilling or ditching the field, please clean up the sundries on the front rotary tillage knife roller in time, otherwise the power load will be too heavy.
5) when sinking the machine, place a piece of wood under the rotary tillage knife barrel, and then slow fangshi clutch, until the knife is tied to the board before the machine out.
6,machine halt
First reduce the throttle, pull the clutch lever to the "on" position, shift lever to neutral position, turn off the throttle, the diesel engine stops running, and then put the clutch lever to the"off"position.
