2.Design differential speed grain discharge system and hot air equal-pressure and speed system in the drying section. Research the relationship between precipitation rate of grain,time of hot air drying, the tempering time and wind speed.Design adjustable grain discharge speed system as well as dry and wet air exchange system, keeping standing time of grain, hot wind speed and the tempering time all such parameters in their optimum during the dry period to improve the efficiency of drying grain and ensure the quality
3.Design a quick and emergent food discharge system. Make a mechanical grain discharge part in the food discharge section , when power failure or abnormal blackout cause electrical components stop running, by pulling the part, make the grain discharged by gravity avoid damage caused by burning, mildew of high moisture grain in storehouse
