Chocolate melting tank is applied to melt industrial chocolate, like chocolate block, chocolate chips or cocoa mass, etc. It's suitable for small chocolate manufacturers and bakery manufacturers who do not need refiners.

1.It is with two independent automatic temperature control system. One is for control the temperature in hot water tank and water heating pipeline(melt the block, chips, etc); Another is for holding temperature of melted chocolate mass .
2. Inner 4mm thickness SS304 stainless steel, outside carbon steel or 304 stainless steel for option.
3.Generally, our melting tank is cylinder shape. Depends on capacity, we can supply rectangle shape too. Compared with cylinder melting tank, rectangle melting tank has better melting efficiency.
