How Is this FIR energy produced?
The heating elements on the inside wall of the FIR half dome and full body dome are coated with black carbon FIR material.
In addition, the inside lining is made of low-temperature-activated FIR fabric by which the emission of FIR energy is further enhanced. The dome will emit approx. from 92% to 98% FIR energy.
Weight Loss: You lose body weight by sweating, but that is not the main feature of infrared sauna weight loss. Since the radiant heat is essentially the same type of heat emitted by the sun (without the ultraviolet rays), infrared saunas can speed up your metabolic process if used regularly.
