The CNC four-axis oscillating head engraving machine is designed to rotate in the X-axis direction or +-110 degrees to +-180 degrees in the Y-axis direction. It adopts TaiwanPMI original imported 30 linear square rails, double row, and four rows of ball slides, with large bearing capacity and stable operation.

2.4 axis rotary CNC router has a rotary axis, which can rotate along the X-axis(if that we will call it A-axis) or Y-axis (in this case we will call it B axis) as the customers' requirements.

3.The table moves smoothly in the axial direction. During machining, the four axes drive the tool to move around the workpiece to realize the operation of 4 axis interpolation.

4.The fourth axis, that is the rotary axis, has one RV reducer made in Japan, which makes the rotation of it almost without backspace.

5.Main parts of the lathe bed adopt the welding steel structure. All components are all processed strictly with aging treatment. It eliminates the internal deformation stress components maximally and improves the stability of parts effectively. It avoids deformation, so 4 axis rotary CNC router has a very high dynamic accuracy, static accuracy, and stability.
