Q11: Can you send me your catalogue and price list?

A: We could send you the E-catalogue but we do not have regular price list.Cause we are a custom made factory, the prices will be quoted based on client's requirements,like: size, color, quantity, material etc. Thanks.

Q12: Can I have the order samples? How many days for sample production? And how much for the samples?

Yes, we suggest to see the sample before mass production.

It will take 7-15 days for the samples production. It depends on what sample you need.

The sample cost will be 3 times of unit price, the over paid (2 times) of the selected items will be refunded when bulk order was placed. Thanks.

Q13: Will you send the shop drawing for approval? And how long can you finish the drawings?

A: Yes we will send you the shop drawing for approval after received the deposit.

It will take about 3-7 days for issuing the detail drawings. Thanks.

Q14: Can you do upholstered furniture based on BS 5852 or CA 117 standard fire retardant?

A: Yes we can do those treatments as per client's requirements. Thanks.

Q15: How many years can the furnitures be used for?
