The entire set of B Series High Efficiency Pulverizer is composed of pulverizer, material collecting container and dust collector (SELECTIVE). This machine solves the dust flying problem during grinding. Compared with SF Series Universal Pulverizer, this B Series Pulverizer' greatest advantage is that the grinding room equipped with regular hexagon grinding tooth and grinding pan.

Ground materials can be directly discharged out of grinding chamber. By changing mesh screen of different apertures, you can obtain ground materials with different particle sizes.

Working Principle
After entering grinding chamber, materials are cut, ground and abraded under the actions of mutual collision as well as intermeshing of high-speed rotary movable fluted disc and fixed fluted disc. Then, after filtrated by the mesh screen of the grinding equipment, the ground materials will be discharged with high fineness. The entire workflow of our universal grinder is impeccable.
