Hydration

Bleaching:

Deodorizing process:

Since the extracted gas contains water vapor, so even after the gas-liquid separator, atmospheric condenser separates the water droplets, making air and non-condensable gas discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of removing the peculiar odor.
Before deodorizing take hydration or alkali refining process, it is better to remove the gum and impurities in oil, a deodorizer to and create favorable conditions for the next step of deodorization process, conducive to remove residual solvent and other odor.
