1. General Specification

This line is the cold rolled continuous galvanizing line, with the function of heating reduction,
galvanizing (reserve aluminum zinc silicon plating), skin pass, tension leveling. The designed
capacity is 220,000 tons per year, the line processing speed is Max. 200m/min. In the line
processing section, it mainly to complete the technologies process like heating, reduction,
galvanizing, skin pass, tension leveling, passivation, oiling, etc. The products quality is
accordance with GB/T2518-2008 standard.

2. Raw Material

Raw material status: cold rolled coil

Steel species: low carbon SPCC, SPCD, ST12, 08AL, 08F, Q195, Q215, Q235, Q345 etc.

Tensile strength: Max. 800/mm²

Yield strength: Max. 550N/ mm²

Strip thickness: 0.2-1.2mm

Strip width: 550-900mm

Coil inner diameter: Φ508mm

Coil Out diameter: Φ1300-Φ1900mm

3. Finshed Products

Products species: GI coil

Coating weight: 40-300g/ m² (double side)

4. Technical Process

Coil loading → Decoiling →Head Cutting → Entry Looper → Degreasing → Heating
Reduction → Galvanizing → Air Cooling → Water Quenching Cooling → Dry → Skin
Pass →Passivation → Dry → Exit Looper → Oiling → Cutting → Recoiling → Coil Unloading.
5. Packing and Shipping
1) Seaworthy package and necessary measure is taken to protect the Equipment from moisture,
rain, rust, corrosion, shock and damages according to their different shapes and special features.
2) With clear pack list outside and inside the case .
3) In accordance with the characteristics and different requirements in loading, unloading and
shipping different equipment, the package is conspicuously marked with "HANDLE WITH
CARE", "RIGHT SIDE UP","KEEP DRY", ect.
