Main features are as follows:
1. Nine-roll leveller is adopted to carry out a thorough leveling actuation during the whole process. Levelling effects can be prominently enhanced for various sizes of strip to facilitate in descaling and improving strip flatness, so as to increase pickling and threading efficiency
2. Pickling tank has Several sections, Each section has individual external heating system and acid recirculation system. By adjusting temperature and concentration of acid liquor in the tank, it can get optimum pickling effect.
3. Turbulence shallow tank pickling technology is adopted. Acid liquid turbulently fluctuates in the pickling tank, motions alternately and frequently, in order to guarantee good strip pickling quality. Strip assumes to be slipping in tank during strip running, so as not to scratch strip. Strip lifting device is not arranged for pickling tank. In case of emergency, the design is considered to be able to quickly empty acid liquid of pickling tank so as to avoid strip overpickling.
4. Advanced design of tank system, which effectively reduces waste gas exhaust volume from pickling tank, diminishes steam leaking and basically expire leaking of water spraying nozzles, reduces acid consumption in order to improve operation environment in workshop, as well as decrease acid concentration of air in the workshop.
5.In order to guarantee strip entering side trimmer in the centre position, CPC centering unit is arranged on No.2 pinch roll in order to improve accuracy of strip side trimming. EPC system is arranged for the coiler, so as to guarantee uniform edges of finished pickling coils.
