This 250 ton vulcanizing press machine has 4 column structure, auxiliary machines, the auxiliary machine has these actions: push out mould automatically, lift the middle mold, pull in bottom mold, and eject rubber product on the middle mold. Total pressure is 250Ton, platen size 600mm x 600mm. This machine has 2 sets press machine, they use one hydrauilc system and main control system, each press machine has one small control box which is installed on the auxiliary machine, can operate easily. You can use this press machine produce rubber seals, rubber metal parts, car parts, bushing etc.
