Introduction
2BE1 series vacuum pump is mainly composed of oval-shaped body, impeller, eccentric disc and cover other parts of the installation components. By rotating impeller in the pump body oval form a liquid (in this case the seal while working fluid medium, the role of the media in three compression and cooling medium, there is also no lubrication and wear). Because the rotation of the impeller with respect to the liquid ring is eccentric, so that the liquid in the space between the impeller reciprocation movement of the piston in the cylinder as the same as the pumped medium (gas) sucked from the suction port in the axial direction. In the exhaust stage liquid ring gradually approaching wheels, the exhaust from the exhaust port in theaxial direction of the pumped medium (gas), which play the role of vacuum extraction. In addition, the external liquid pipeline pump, a steady stream of injected liquid supplement is supplemented by exhaust gases outside to go liquid.
Design features
2BE1 series vacuum pump exhaust system uses a unique PTFE acetylene valve plate structure (raw water pump for the valve structure). Bonnet on the valve body flat disk outside of the exhaust hole, the other by positioning the stainless steel side of the baffle, the inlet valve pressure plate varies with the degree of bend changes so pumped medium inlet pressure reached immediately available discharge pump. This structure avoids excessive compression of the vacuum system, the exhaust area can be automatically adjusted to reduce energy consumption, to achieve optimum operating efficiency
