Introduction
2MK series CNC honing machine is a fully closed-loop control product which integrates high performance, high accuracy, high reliability and high security into itself. It is designed for precision holes honing and suitable for engine cylinder blocks, liners and other workpieces etc. leaving a top quality geometric form and texture on a surface. So it is an ideal honing facility in this use. This machine is controlled by Siemens S7-300 PLC and driven by hydraulic servo system; equipped with in-process auto gauging. Automatization can be achieved by single machine or by linking it into a production line for much high productivity. 2MK series keeps ahead in domestic market and is up to the top level in international market.
2MK(S) series servo honing machine is a fully closed-loop control CNC product which integrates high performance, high accuracy, high reliability and high security into itself. Spindle stroking/rotating and rough feeding is driven by servo motors. Designed for internal plateau and cross-hatch honing it is suitable for engine cylinder blocks and liners etc. Constant inclination pitch is kept for all cross-hatches. So it is an ideal honing facility in this use. This machine is controlled by BECKHOFF industrial computer and driven by a servo motor; equipped with in-process auto gauging.
