ZEN Bamboo Strand woven plywood uses strand technology to turn 100% rapidly renewable bamboo into a beautiful yet exceptionally durable green building material. The surface of the panel is sanded to 180 grit and is available in natural, caramelized, and tiger.
The tiger look strand woven is consisting of a mix of compressed natural and caramel strips, it looks more like the " tiger".

Zen Bamboo plywood is manufactured from 5-7 year old organically grown moso bamboo: always the perfect color, density and strength. To make ply bamboo, rectangular strips are cut from the raw bamboo and then boiled to remove sugars and protein. only premium quality strips are selected for manufacturing into plywood. After treatment and drying, a final moisture content of 7-9% is achieved to ensure optimum stability. These bamboo strips then undergo state of the art compression using E1 or E0-level adhesives which binds them together to form plywood. Zen Bamboo plywood is left unfinished and natural so that it can be custom stained and finished for maximum project flexibility.
