Features of Water Filling Machine
CGF series washing, filling ,capping 3 in 1 unit is a new type equipment, which base on years' usual practice and adopt the advanced technology,and absorb many clients' views .It meets the client's requirement about filling different bottle size through one set. The suspension card bottleneck is adopted to make changing the bottle size more convenient. It can deliver the bottles automatically by blind and then washing,drying ,filling,covering,capping by order automatically. It is impossible to cover lids when the bottles are't up to the limited level, or don't arrive to the limited possible, or to adjust the speed freely, for it employs the advanced PLC system and frequency conversion and speed control system. The function of touching the screen enables the operation easier and faster. It is mainly used to non-carbonated beverage. Functions of Water Filling Machine
Washer Station of Water Filling Machine:
All 304 stainless steel rinser heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption & more clean
304 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing

Filler Station of Water Filling Machine:
The filling station using all metal (not plastic) 304 stainless steel contact parts gives consistent accurate, high precision filling nozzle together with vacuum pump regurgitant system, to ensure the high filling precision, ensure same filling level
Filling temperature is adjustable.
Centre 304L stainless steel filling nozzle used which are designed for maximum flow rate and minimum bottle distortion during filling.
All 304 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean
Capper Station of Water Filling Machine:
Place & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping
