Sunmiro 5HPS series of 12A,15A,16.5A,20A,30B tonnage of low temperature circulating environmental grain dryers are composed of the grain drying warehouse, grain elevators, on-line moisture meter, computer control system. The drying process of the product is energy-saving and environmental protection. Drying cereals perform at the leading level in the drying uniformity, crushing rate, burst rate and other key indicators. Drying high-moisture rice,wheat,corn,soybeans and other grains,suitable for farms,food stations,grain storage specializeds.Grain dryer uses hot air as the drying medium and applies recycling drying process to heating grain evenly so as to obtain good-quality grain after baking.
High-technology,remote controlled easily operated and maintained,stable and reliable.High degree of automation(including hot air,thermostat,moisture,automatic monitoring,automatic fault alarm,automatic cycle,the material,the shutdown system).
Different foods have different drying process and different drying temperature.According to the number of drying food,different types of drying process and dryers can be chosen.For example,for the food with various species,and a small quantities or scattered food storage,small bathes(cycle)type dryer can be chosen.For a single species with a large amount in a short drying time,large continuous batch unit is appropriate.
