China 300 000 Tons Stainless Steel Strip Continuous Annealing Pickling Line

1. Summary
Stainless steel cold strip annealing pickling line can be divided into middle annealing pickling and finish products annealing pickling. The main function is to soften the cold rolled stainless steel by annealing, and achieve the required performance. Then through pickling to remove the oxide sheet produced during annealing, further improve the surface quality.
This line is cold rolled stainless steel annealing pickling line, it has annealing and pickling fuction section, the designed capacity is 300,000 tons per year, the raw material spicies is cold rolled CR AISI 200/300 series stainless steel, the specification is 0.4-1.2x800-1250mm.
The annealing furnace type is horizontal suspension type annealing furnace, it conclude heating section and cooling section.
The line layout: the equipment drive side is located in the left side of the strip running direction. The top point of the furnace is +9,500mm, the detailed furnace length is as follows:

The line treat 200, 300 series stainless steel 2B plate 300,000 tons per year.

Raw material steel spicies: cold rolled stainless steel AISI 200, 300
Strip thickness: 0.4~1.2mm ± 10%
Strip width: max 1250mm, min 800mm
3. Packing and Shipping
1) Seaworthy package and necessary measure is taken to protect the Equipment from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock and damages according to their different shapes and special features.
2) With clear pack list outside and inside the case .
3) In accordance with the characteristics and different requirements in loading, unloading and shipping different equipment, the package is conspicuously marked with "HANDLE WITH CARE", "RIGHT SIDE UP","KEEP DRY", ect.
