Crushed stone production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. We usually choose impact crusher for its good final products when the material is not very hard. But cone crusher is the best choice when material is harder. The final products of cone crusher are not as good as that of impact crusher, so we can equip a VSI sand making machine to plastic material if there is a higher demand about material.
Crusher plant Working process
Large materials are regularly conveyed into the jaw crusher for elementary crushing by vibrating feeder, and then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for secondary crush. The secondary product will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen, the parts satisfying the needs will be sent the finished stockpile by belt conveyor. The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crush, thus forming a closed circuit. The size of the finished products can be combined and graded according to customer's demand; We can equip with dust removal equipment to protect the environment.
