China 3000L K Type Msgl Glass Lined Reactor for Strong Acid Alkali Production

Glass lined reactor is an excellent corrosion-resistant equipment, with the double advantages of glass stability and metal strength. It is mainly divided into two types: K type (also named open type,or separated type) and F type (also named closed type).
The open type glass lined reactor is the separation of the cylinder body and top cover. The middle is connected with a cushion and lots of clips. The K type glass lined reactor volume is generally between 50L and 12500L (including 12500L).
The closed-type glass lined reactor adopts an integrated structure of the tank body and the upper cover, and the upper cover and the cylinder body are directly welded together without the need for a clamp connection. The general volume is 1000L to 30000L.
Glass lined reactor can be widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, medicine, pesticide, food and other industries.

1. The scale of the enterprise is relatively large and there are many senior technical personnel.
At present, the total area of the two factories is more than 180,000m2. The company has production workshops for riveting, sintering, mechanical processing, heat treatment, and head pressing. There are 311 employees and more than 30 middle and senior professional technicians.
2. Advanced processing machinery.
(1) More than 40 modern cutting, rolling and welding equipment:
Including American Hypertherm CNC flame plasma cutting machine, MZ-1000-1 automatic arc welding machine, 60x3200 plate bending machine, pipe bending machine, etc.
(2) More than 66 sets of various AC and DC welding machines;
(3) φ8000x16000 floor lathe, φ2500 vertical lathe; φ50x6000 lathe and floor boring machine, 1600x8000 CNC gantry milling machine, φ80 drilling machine, gear hobbing machine, planer, 2000T hydraulic press, 500T hydraulic press, 560 forging ring rolling equipment, etc. More than 40 sets of processing equipment;
(4) More than 240 sets of head-pressing molds;
(5) The sintering workshop has 7 electrically controlled sintering furnaces, including 4 sintering furnaces above 10000L and 2 automatic sanding machines, which can fire 50L-30000L glass-lined reaction kettle or 50000L glass-lined storage tank; x5000, φ650x5000, φ650x3600, well-type electric furnace, 4000x2000x1400, 2000x1000x750, 1200x600x400, 600x300x250 box-type electric furnace;
(6) 4000x2500x5000 annealing furnace and surface quenching machine tool, 100T hydraulic straightening machine and other heat treatment equipment;
(7) Equipped with automatic constant temperature controller, X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic thickness gauge, Leeb hardness tester and ultrasonic flaw detector.
