Jatropha seeds grading decladding sorting unit of model TFTZ400 is our patented product, which concludes several national patents. This product consists of two parts: Grading unit and decladding sorting unit.
The grading unit could divide the jatropha seeds into three levels before dehulling, then each level is shelling sorted respectively.
The decladding sorting unit could dehull, decorticate and sort each level of the jatropha seeds respectively. The seeds that could not be dehulled once will be returned to the dehuller automatically for the twice dehulling, which increase the degree of automation greatly. The equipment is designed specifically for the oil extraction industry. Through the way of separating and shelling, the effect of sorting is good and the efficiency is high. The dehulled jatropha seeds are with high oil output rate and good-quality oil.
