SY-02 hydrostatic test machine is mainly used for cylinder pressure test and meantime getting gas cylinder volume residual deformation rate, adopting computer control, with LABVIEW software.

System configuration:

The machine mainly consists of Hydrostatic test device, computer control device, water jacket (2 pieces), pipelines, hoses, electronic balance, measure cup, printer, control valves etc.
Working principle:
Put the cylinder into a water jacket and boost the cylinder by high pressure pump; It will automatically dwell at a set pressure and do pressure test on the cylinder. At the same time, the cylinder volume expands under test pressure and squeezes some water from water jacket into the measuring cup, and the water in the measuring cup now is the testing cylinder volume deformation, and then the water is transferred to PC by water collection system; The cylinder elastic deformation disappears after pressure relief, then the water flows back from measuring cup to water jacket. However, the remaining water in the measuring cup is still more than that before boosting the cylinder and the extra water volume is the testing cylinder volume residual deformation, and this is transferred to computer through water collection system; The gas cylinder volume residual deformation rate is the ratio of the testing cylinder volume residual deformation to all deformation.
