A: EXW (Ex-works), CFR, CIF, FCA, etc.

Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A: Normally required 30% deposit, and 70% balance through T/T, LC at sight, DP, and so on.

Q4: Can you accept OEM/ODM?
A: Yes, we can provide OEM and ODM service to our worldwide customers.

Q5: Can you help me make the bag as per our own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A: Sure. There is professional development team to design new items. The sample charge and production time are negotiable

Q6: Could you put our logo on the TV mount bracket?
A: Yes, we can do silk screen printing your logo on the products, also our designer can help you draw the logo according to your requirement if necessary.

Q7: How to place the order?
A: Please inform us about your order item, color, quantity, then I can quote you the price firstly. If everything is OK for you,
then I can issue the order in alibaba system, and you can make payment as per the direction in alibaba system.

Q8: How about MOQ of the Order?
A: It depends on the bag design and logo. Normally MOQ (minimum order requirement) is 500pcs.

Q9: How do you ship the goods?
A: The shipping way is according to your customer's choice. We always advise to ship by sea for large quanity order, and sample /small quanity can deliver by air or courier such as DHL or UPS, freight is on buyer's account (prepaid or collect).

Q10: What about the shipping cost?
A: It depends on the trade term shown on the proforma invoice.
