Most rubbish bins require manual operation by hand or foot, this new Infrared induction dustbin is contactless. The bin will automatically open or close, which increases hygiene and practicality. When your hand or other object approaches the bin sensor it will open (approx. 15~20 centimetres) and once you have deposited the rubbish it will close automatically. The product operates on a photo-electronic principles and is extremely reliable in its performance and durability, with low power consumption.- When you wanna throw rubbish, let your hands approach to the induction window about 15~20cm, keep 0.5 second, the lid opens automatically.
- If you keep throwing, the lid continues to open.
- After you leave, the lid closes automatically in 3 seconds.
- When it is idle, the indicator twinkle in red every 3 seconds, when the lid is open, indicator is green.
- When the batteries are going to run out, the indicator twinkle in yellow every 3 seconds, please renew batteries .
(Note: If the lid can't be closed automatically and you want to close it by hand, there are two correct operations. One is that you close it by hand gently and softly. The other is that you turn off the power ,then close it by hand lightly.)
