Our clear float glass has three advantages.
1. High smoothness and no water ripples: First of all, it has the advantages of good smoothness and no water ripples. If it is applied to mirror and car glass, it will not deform, which can guarantee the restoration of clear images.
2.High quality raw materials: The glass is made of high quality quartz sand. It is pure, transparent, lustrous, colorless, and free of bubbles.
3.Good machinability: Our clear float glass has compacted structure. It can be used for cutting, edge grinding, hole digging, toughening,laminating,insulating, color painting and other deep processing.
Ultra Clear Float Glass
As a kind of ultra clear glass of low iron, Ultra Clear Glass is also named as Low Iron Glass or High Clear Glass.Its transmittance can reach more than 91.5%, with the characteristics of crystal clear, gleaming and graceful appearance and is regarded as "Crystal Prince" among glass.
With superior physical, mechanical, optical performances as well as all the machinabilityof high quality float glass , Ultra Clear Glass can be deeply processed as other kind of high quality float glass.

Difference Between Clear Float Glass And Ultra Clear Float Glass
1.Transparency: The former visible light transmittance is usually 89%(3mm). However,the latter visible light transmittance is required higher than 91.5%(3mm).
2.Fe2O3 content: Ultra Clear Float Glass has strict regulations on Fe2O3 content in the glass.It can' t exceed 0.015%( Fe2O3 content of common float glass is about 0.1%, ten times higher than Ultra Clear Float Glass.)
