Multi-layer Anti-UV PPR Glassfiber PPR Pipe Production Line

Multi-layer PPR pipe or PPR glassfiber pipe with a black anti-UV layer are developed, for the application where constant UV exposure is expetected. UV pipes are sued for pipe instllations under direct sunlight or UV radiation. It has great in blocking UV rays and great in light isolation; and can also protect inner pipes are been damaged while transportation or installation.
The anti-UV layer coating can be added on exsiting PPR/PPR glassfiber pipe line.

1.High efficient wear-resisting extruder for fiber reinforced PPR material, to guarantee the long service life and high speed extrusion
2.the adjustable co-extrusion die head, our patent product, can composite multi-layer evenly and rapidly and get optimal thickness of each layer quickly, without adjusting extruder rotating speed.
The Outer Anti-UV layer die head is speical designed, with vacuum function for better componding with inner PPR pipes. Ensuring the smooth and better componding with inner pipes, a pre-heating device must be added while pipe entering into the coating die head.
3.High quality SS304 material is used for vaccum tank and cooling tank;
Special design vacuum tank with two chamber structure to get stable vacuum.
vacuum pump adopts full automatic closed-loop negative pressure regulation, constant vacuum nagative pressure to ensure the stabilit of pipe O.D, and reducing operator skills requirement and reducing energy consumption. And there would be alarm if over setting data.
4.Haul-off machine driven by servo motor, with faster reaction speed and better stablility
5.Servo motor driven type knift cutting machine for small diameter below 32mm. It can cut pipe at high speed to meet the line high speed production requirement. And diameter 40-63mm/40-110mm use dustless saw cutting machine.
The dustless cutting machine is controlled by SIEMENS PLC system.
6.SIMENS programmable PLC control system with big color touch screen; with remote control system. In case there is any problem on the machine, our engineer can analysis the problem here and solve the problem.
