China 4000L Sigma Kneader

1. Due to the unique design, the sigma kneader is extremely efficient in the process of high viscosity mixing (silicone sealant, hot melt adhesive, industrial adhesives and so on).
2. The two sigma blades are made of Cast Carbon Steel with Stainless Steel Cladding. The product contacting surfaces are normally supplied in a ground finish. When the need rises, these surfaces can be supplied machined or with a highly polished finish (mirror polishing/finish).
3. As an option, the trough of the sigma kneader can be supplied with a heating or cooling jacket, suitable for steam, hot water/cooling water, thermal oil and so on. Insuation Layer and carbon or stainless steel sheathing over the jacket is also possible.
4. All the blades can be fitted with an internal heating and/or cooling circuit.
5. Discharging: Discharging of the mixed product can be carried out by:
(1)Tilting the trough forward, through the use of a hydraulic system. The cover is automatically lifted backwards and out of the way during discharge.
(2)Via Bottom Valve. (Plug, ball, etc. )
(3)An Extrusion Screw, which is located horizontally below and parallel to the mixing blades.
6. To meet more demands from users, we could make heating and cooling extruder or cutter or filter.
