Size

General profiles thickness from 0.8 to 5.0mm, for domestic market, the normal length is 6m-0/+10mm, for foreign market, the
normal length is 5.8m-0/+10mm.

Surface treatment

Anodizing, sand blasting, eloxal coating, powder coating,wire drawing, etc.

Surface thickness

1.Anodizing protection film thickness from 7μm to 20μm.
2.Powder coating film thickness from 40μm to 120μm.
3.Electrophoresis film thickness from 12μm to 25μm

Surface Color

silver , black , golden, etc. based on RAL color chart

For material exported to foreign country, chemical composition is according to EN 573-3, mechanical properties are according to
EN 755-2 or EN 12020.

FAQ

Q1: Can I have a sample for testing?

A: Yes of course. For standard profiles we would like to provide our samples, but normally 10cm length sample. And for customized profiles, we will provide samples once the moulding is finished(generally 15 days). If you have specified length for profiles, please let us know at the beginning.

Q2: Can I add my logo on the profiles or packing?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both available for us. But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter.

Q3: How can I do if I couldn't reach the MOQ?

A: Best price based on big quantity. For commonly produced standard profiles we usually require MOQ is 300kg, you will have to pay production fee for MOQ is lower than 300kg. As to the customized profiles, we require MOQ is 500kg. In addition, for not commonly produced standard profiles, we will request you MOQ 500kg as well.

Q4: Do you have inspection procedures for profiles?

A: Yes. 100% self-inspection before shipment.

Q5: Can we mix the 20ft container?

A: Yes, as long as the items meet our MOQ.

Q6: Can I visit your factory before the order?

A: Sure, welcome to visit our factory at any time. Our factory is near Shanghai Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport. It's convenient for you to visit us. Hotel booking service is also available.
