2. The machine's rapid feedrate of this series is 42m/min, with its 12000rpm high-speed direct-type spindle, it can easily achieve the processing demand of high efficiency and high precision.
3. Has extraordinary machine rigidity and stability. The whole machine adopts high quality Meehannitecast iron(FC30). The tempering treatment and stress relieving procedures can guarantee the machine structure never be out of shape.
4.X/Y/Z axes all adopt precision linear guideway, apart from the high rapid feedrate, the machine alsohas a low frictional resistance and high positioning precision.
5.The special-designed all movable column structure of the machine has the characteristics of high rigidity, high stability and convenient chip removal.
6.The gradient range of B-axis is from +5°to -110°, with the 360°rotating C-Axis, It can easily accomplish the complicated and high precision cutting processing of the workpiece.
7.Standard Configuration: 12000rpm direct-type spindle, makes the processing more efficient and higher in precision. (Optional:15000 rpm direct type, 20000rpm Built-in type spindle)
