The quality of sprinkler is in direct linkage to the performance of the machine. So it is the key to design a good quality sprinkler during the whole designing process.

50PYC sprinkler is a new product designed by our company based on the consideration of real need of the machine.

It is able to match 7 types of nozzles, with the flow quantity up to 13-68m3/good spray ability and even distribution of water (the integrated uniformity coefficient of distribution water is no less than 85%,with the wind speed at 1.5m/h)

With reliable performance, it boasts long service life, able to meet the requirement of current machines.

The new vertical impact drive sprinklers are different from past ones. The old types only have one arm. When they rotate counter-clockwise, another reversing arm is needed to change the direction as the bias current.

They are intermittent counterforce sprinklers. The new type sprinklers have two impact arms. Two-way guide plate is mounted on the vertical impact arm.

The current flowed into the plate in different directions will lead to the clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation as well as continuous sprinkling.

Supported by special plane bearing, the rotation of the sprinklers is very flexible. The sheets within the current stabilizer tube are united with the outer arm and made by aluminum with stretch forming technology to ensure the smooth surface of the flow tunnel.

The new sprinklers are smart in appearance. With materials being aluminum alloy and rigid plastics, they are light in weight and easy to be operated.

Tests by special testing department show that they can meet the design requirements as the ideal products to choose.
