HPL (High Pressure Laminates) panel partition wall system is widely applied in pharmaceuticals, electronics, aerospace and military industry, where cleanroom walls are usually required. The system adopts intermediate aluminum profiles as connection materials, with simple structure, and easy to dismantle and install. The sandwich panel structure adopts paper honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb and other core materials, HPL as the panel skin. The system features good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, shock and scratch. There are multiple ways to connect the panels. And can be coordinated with MAX-CD and MAX-CW doors and windows series.
All components connect with each other by special intermediate aluminum profiles, easy for dismantling and installation, not only guarantees joint strength between each component, but also makes no use of screws or bolts or any other kinds of fasteners, achieving the effect of exterior flatness and spotless without any bumps. It meets the requirements of wall panel structure and exterior appearance in pharmaceutical and electronics industry.
