Instruction of Process Flow
Raw Material Storage and Conveying
Limestone with 20-40mm granularity will be transported from mine to floor area and pile up, then the material will be send to B1000 large inclination belt conveyor for reaching upper part of discharge bin by electromagnetic vibrating feeder under the stock ground after water cleaning. Then the qualified granularity larger than 10mm will be sent into rock-crushed material bin through belt conveyor after screening, while those rock-crushed powder material less than 10mm will be sent into powder material bin, meanwhile qualified limestone will be sent into material bin of preheater through B800 inclination belt conveyor.
Limestone Calcination
Limestone calcination system composes of? 10.5? . 5m vertical preheater,? 4.0? 0m rotary kiln? Fixed more powerful vertical cooler, whose output is 600t/d, heat consumption is 5.75GJ/t. The material will be lead into body of preheater by material running pipes under the material bin on top of preheater, meanwhile hot smoke transmitted from rotary kiln preheated the material up to 600-800? Disintegrating part of limestone, and then they are gradually pulled into kiln end by 12PCS hydraulic push rods. After that, they will be calcined in high temperature in rotary kiln, then they will be discharged into vertical cooler for cooling the material by cool wind coming from fan until less than 65? Higher of ambient temperature, then they will be exhausted. The air coming from vertical cooler will take part in burning of rotary kiln as 2ND air.
Finished Products Conveying
Finished Lime will be conveyed to NE500 bucket elevator for reaching the top of finished product bin after discharged from cooler, then the qualified granularity over 5mm will be sent into active lime bin through belt conveyor, while those granularity less than 5mm will be sent into powder bin after screening, others, active lime bin and powder bin are both equipped with electrical discharge valve under them.
