China 6300L Steam Heating Hot Oil Heating Glass Lined Reactor for Chlorination Reaction

The K series open type glass-lined reactor:
Glass-lined glaze (containing high silica SiO2) is sprayed on the inner surface of a carton steel or stainless steel container, and is firmly adhered to the metal surface to become composite products under a reasonable high-temperature burning process. The glass lined reactor top lids and tank bodies are separate. The two separate parts are fixed with many clamps after putting a sealing gasket between them.

The glass linedd reactor is easy to use, easy to maintain and repair. It has the dual advantages of glass stability and metal strength. It is an excellent corrosion-resistant chemical equipment with reliable performance such as corrosion resistance, impact resistance, smooth appearance, insulation, heat resistance, and wear resistance. Glass-lined reactors and other glass-lined equipment are widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, dye and other industrial production processes. They are the most ideal equipment for hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, mixing, and emulsification.
