General Discription:
P3305-2 is a slow reactivity polyester resin, designed for 70:30 hybrid powder coatings. Coatings based on it exhibit:
· Good flow properties
· Slow cure
· Good mechanical performance
- Yellowing resistance
Extrusion & Application Conditions
Extruder: Lingyu SLJ-25
Zone I temp.: 85~105ºC
Zone II temp.: 100~120ºC
Screw speed: 400~500rpm
Panel: 0.5mm pre-treated cold-rolled steel
Spray gun: Lingyu SJ-5
Voltage: 60~90kV
Curing cycles: 10 min. @ 200ºC
