product description:

N95,KN95 automatic mask machine is a fully automatic machine used to produce folded mask production lines. It uses ultrasonic technology to weld 3-6 layers of PP non-woven fabric, activated carbon filter material and filter material.

The whole set of equipment is integrated and fully automatic folding production technology through non-woven fabric welding, ear band welding, printing, half folding, edge banding, rolling cutting, etc., and can process 3M9001, 902 and other folding masks.

The raw materials selected according to product requirements can produce masks meeting different standards such as FPP1, FP2, N95, etc. The whole production process does not require manual participation, and the finished product is fully automated.

This machine is mainly used for the automatic forming of three-dimensional masks: the whole roll of fabric is driven by the roller after being unrolled, and the fabric is unrolled through the whole roll of the nose bridge, and then cut to a fixed length and imported into the hemming fabric for welding, integral forming and welding, and then passing through the ears. It is welded with a welding mechanism, folded by a folding mechanism, then ultrasonically inclined and sealed, and finally cut and formed by a cutter roller; finally, it is dropped into a sterile transfer basket.

Operation procedure:

1. N95 mask machines are used for full-automatic folding mask production (typical models like N95 mask).
2. The working process of N95 Mask Machines are as follows: The multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls are subjected to compound roll welding after feeding. Nasal lines are welded after unrolling and cutting. Two rolls of rubber band are welded after automatically unrolling and cutting to designated length. Then masks are folded in half. After ultrasonic welding and fusion, the masks are rolling-cut and formed. Finally, we get finished N95 masks.
3. The masks have great filtration effect, perfectly fit face of people and are comfortable to wear without
causing any pressure . The masks can be applied to various fields, like medical, electronics, mining, construction, etc.
4. Mask Machine uses PLC, touch screen control and the main conveyor adopts unidirectional motor transmission, which can achieve precise movement, stable control and adjustable speed.
