General Description
Neuwall Partition Wall,Partition Walls are custom built movable partition walls for keeping efficient open spaces.Our wall system is top hung system without track on floor.When moving a wall there is a 20-25mm gap between the top of the panel and the underside of the head track,there is a simliar gap between the bottom of the panel and the floor.
once a panel is positioned,acosuctic integrity is maintained along the top and bottom of the panel by extending pressure seals. The pressure seals are extended and retracted by a single 180° turn of a removable operating handle.
Final closure of the wall is achieved by extending a telescopic sleeve on the last panel.This action simultaneously extends the top and bottom seals.

Panel Stacking
Panels with double rollers can be stacked in a variety of positions.Panels with a single roller may be parked to one or both sides of the opening.
Track Types
There are 2 track types.One for single roller installation and one for double rollers.Each panel option may have either track type

There are 4 panel options:NW821,NW835,NW840 and Ultra-high with different wall thickness and acoustic rate.

We have 4 types of movable wall,65type,80type,100type and 125 ultra-high type. You can choose the right movable wall upon the Height and Soundproof requirement as following,
NW821-- Max height 3.5m, soundproof: 38dB to 43dB
NW835-- Max height:5.5m,Soundproof: 43dB to 53dB
NW841--Max height:7m,Soundproof: 43dB to 58dB
ultra-height---Max height:17m,Soundproof: 38dB to 48dB
A beam(truss) should built on site for track installation.The min distance leaving for track installation from false ceiling to top ceiling is 200mm.
We will provide the installation manual and video guiding the installation job. We can also dispatch the installation engineer supervising the installation as request.
The lead time is 7 days to 10 days.
Sea transport is a common mode of transportation. In an emergency, can be air freight.

The Washing Equipment bottom panel is MDF or plywood, which is unfinished face. You can do decoration on site, such as wallpaper, paint, etc.
We can also provide the product with finished face, such as faux wood, Woven fabric and Leather.
