Description
This boiler is special designed for biomass fuel. Combined with advanced technology in and abroad for biomass fired, such as furfural residue and wood etc., this boiler adopts a new internal circulation fluidized combustion mode which is known as clean-combustion technology; based on the fluidized boiler principle, this boiler divide the combustion chamber into main combustion room and heat recovery room by panel wall, and form the "A"-circulation inside the main combustion room and "B"-circulation between the main combustion room and heat recovery room of fuel fired inside furnace by the wind blowing under the furnace. The heat-surface of embedded pipe will be arranged in the removing layer of the heat recovery room to solve the abrasion problem. Supported by linear approximation of integrated heat transfer coefficient and fluidizing velocity, regulate the heat absorption capacity and fluidizing temperature by changing the air supply in heat recovery room. What more, the circulating move of bed material(with high thermal intensity) inside the main combustion room has strong mixture effect to the fired fuel and can dry the low heat value fuel which in high moisture content.
Single drum, natural circulation will be adopted in this boiler, the features of low rate CFB boiler with full membrane wall furnace and high-low bed are as flow:
(1) Adopt the high-low bed technology, make the service life of embedded pipe longer, and the combustion improved.
(2) Adopts full membrane wall structure.
The furnace adopts full membrane wall structure to ensure that the boiler could expand and seal well.
(3) Effective measures on abrasion resistant
The abrasion of the CFB boiler is an important factor to impact the continuous and economic operation of the boiler. The boiler adopts high-low bed technology in fluidized segment to reduce the gas flow speed and reduce the quantity of grains on embedded area; and special materials used on pipe gills. These can make service life of embedded pipe improve 3 times. At the tail heating surface we will reduce the gas speed to reduce abrasion. The windward surface of the economizer coil will install angle iron and the elbow will install antifriction cover. Entire water wall need not carry out antifriction step due to its low gas washing.
