Description
Mzf series, rotary scraper film evaporator is falling film evaporation with a rotating scraper blade and high efficient evaporator under vacuum conditions; higher heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity, short material retention time, flexible operation, especially suitable for heat sensitive materials and high viscosity materials and easy to be crystallized exsolution and distillation purification with particle evaporation and concentration, degassing. Therefore, it is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, cosmetic, food, chemical and other industries.
Working principle
The material liquid is introduced through the feeding tube, through the distributing device, the wall surface of the cylinder body is dirty. Then, the material liquid is swept by the scraper, and the film is coated on the heat transfer wall surface. Film will be reduced after heat evaporation. The scraper feed has been entered to the subsequent formation of a new film, sweeping and scraping, and then evaporated, so repeated. The material liquid is gradually concentrated, and finally discharged from the unloading hammer. The steam is separated from the outlet, and the steam is separated from the outlet, and the outlet is eliminated through the condenser to condense into liquid.
Main structure:
Rotary scraper type thin film evaporator is mainly composed of a motor, a speed reducer, a sealing device, isolated cylinder, a distributor and a gas-liquid separator, evaporation cylinder body, a rotor, a scraper, the bottom bearing, cylinder and so on.
