KGCL induction furnace with 5 ton capacity
Application: It can melt all kind of steel for casting mill balls, rebar, ingot and other casting product.
Melting material: carbon steel, stainless steel, high chrome steel , high manganese steel, wild steel ect.
Melting rate:at least 5 tons per hour and temperatures of 1650°C being achieved.

1- Advanced Computer Melting Management System
The on site melting system consists of a computer, digital main control board, PLC and etc. The melting process can be control through extended switches in an office. With Ethernet port, USB interface and unique IP address, it can realize data collection, transmission and monitoring of equipment anywhere you are, achieving remote diagnosis and timely troubleshooting.
2- Full Digital on-site smelting control system
Lots of utomatic functions are available, such as automatic constant temperature, automatic drying, power distribution display, intelligent smelting management, automatic display and storage of fault information, etc.
It can be fully automatic controlled, which consists of PLC programmable controller, HMI or industrial control computer system, industrial control configuration software and various sensors, etc. It can be configured with foundry equipment and operation, and connected with various equipment, including remote display, temperature measuring instrument, thermal analyzer, spectrometer, demand controller and large screen display, etc. It is safer and more convenient to use!

3- Remote console
If the power supply cabinet placed underground, it make it more convenient to control furnace by remote console. All meters and operation control devices are installed on the operation panel.
The system state part of the two diagnostic touch screens is exactly the same as the power of the panel made by the host computer, which provides operators with detailed operation information at any time.
4- Fault deteciton display
Furnace is real time detected by the fault detection display. When faults are detected, such as short circuit of load, over-current, over-voltage, insufficient water pressure, high water temperature, and etc, it will be fed back to the control system which will cut off the power automatically, so it can prevent damage in advance. In addition, if there are any trouble of thyristor, compensation capacitor, voltage transformer and other components, it will automatically stop and light up the corresponding indicator.


Steel shell furnace

Its tilting angle is vertically at 95 degrees and it can stay in any position in the process of rotating, as well as to change titling speed to more quicker or more slowly. It uses the manual valve operation and double machine double pump, with remote manual control system. Some other company only have single pump control. Magnetic yoke. The sensor is enclosed with a magnetic yoke, covering an area is over 65%, so the leakage is small and achieve the maximum electrical efficiency. Compared with aluminum shell furnaces, steel shell furnace can save nearly 5% power consumption. Anti-fall protection device (for more than 2 ton capacity). During the process of tilting furnace, the anti-falling protective hood will be automatically raised to form a protective barrier to prevent the personnel from falling. Factory test.
Optional Feactures:Fume ring & fume hood. Dust ring and fume hood can absorb dust and exhaust gas generated during melting process through air. When working with dust removal system, they can reduce the exhausted gas emission, to meet the environmental requirements.Furnace leakage alarm. It is equipped with an alarm device for preventing furnace from leakage, which can achieve safe production. It is a special dual leak-proof furnace alarm, when the lining getting thinner to a certain degree, a warning light will be given to alert the user that the lining needed to rechanged.Push-out lining system to rechange the lining with a automatic and more efficient way.Load cells to determine the mass of the metal.
