Construction:
It is the foundation of the whole drawing machine units. It is welded by buttress plate, bent steel, section steel. All materials are designed safety enough to enhance the rigidity.
The machine is divided into different modules according to the drum combination and clubbed together to make it transportable and one unit after assembly at customer site and will be supplied with all pipe lines ready to fit.All controls like block control station, foot switches,pressure regulators etc. will be mounted on the block.
Block/Capstan/Drum:
ZG45# steel , coated tungsten carbide, HRC60. Capstan running time more than 26000 hours. The height of the capstan is 280mm. The height of spraying tungsten carbide is 80mm and the thickness is 2mm. The temperature of the capstan< 80ºC. Roughness <0.8μmm.There are operation buttons in front of each capstan.
Cooling type: narrow slit water cooling . water proof and anticorrosive treatment.
Transmission:
Gear box on all the block.
Tension control:
Multi Pulley (Fixed & Swinging type) Dancer Unit having non-contact type sensor in between finishing block & DBC will be provided for smooth transfer for wire to the DBC.
Power counter:
We will equipt with electric counter for clients,you will find how much power you use per day or ton.We are sure that we are saving electricity power for clients.
Protective cover:
Made of cold rolled steel(or stainless steel ). There is a window on the plate to observe the drawing process. Before running, you will need to drop the protective cover. If the protective cover opens, the drawing machine will stop automatically.
