GLK gel IMAC Ni Affinity Media
GLK gel IMAC Ni affinity media is a nickel metal chelating chromatography media, which bonds iminodiacetic acid (IDA/NTA) on cross-linked agarose. GLK gel IMAC has
advantages of excellent stability, biocompatibility, solvent compatibility, large capacity, good selectivity, high resolution, naturalregeneration, and low cost. GLK gel IMAC uses the side chain of protein histidine, cysteine and tryptophan to interact with varieties of transition metal ions, such as Cu2+, Zn2+, Ni2+ and Co2+ to achieve the purpose
of separation and purification.
GLK gel IMAC widely uses in biomedical and bioengineering downstream the eparation
and purification of proteins, nucleic acids and polypeptides.
