Agitator centrifugal Submersible Sewage Slurry Pumps for sand dredging
According to our customers' requirements, we design new type submersible slurry pumps.
The submersible slurry pump is double casing as the slurry pumps. Wear parts are all constructed with abrasion-resistant materials - chromium alloy, so pumps have better stability & longer service life.
A unique mechanical seal device can prevent the electric motor from high-pressure water and impurities, thus high suction efficiency can be ensured. In addition to the main impeller, a pair of agitation impeller is equipped to help break and mix the sludge.
Advantage
(1) High productivity--Our pumps are designed to pump fluids containing a high percentage of solids(maximum weight concentration of the ashcan reach 45% and maximum weight concentration of the slag can reach 60%).
(2) So long service life--Wear parts of agitator pump are all constructed with abrasion-resistant materials - hard chromium alloy, so pumps have better stability & longer service life.
(3) Various protective--The motor adopts various protective such as overheat protection, water -inlet detecting projection, and can be operated safely for the long term in challenging working conditions.
(4) Mechanical seal--Unique mechanical seal device can prevent the electric motor from high-pressure water and impurities, thus high suction efficiency can be ensured.

2.Medium Temperature: Max.40C and without explosion gas.
3.Slurry Concentration By weight up to 60%.
4.Max submersible depth: <20m.
Min Submersible depth:>1m.
5.Type of installation:Vertical (recommend) or as customer's requirement.
6.Continuous operation.
