Preparation method of Methylthio acetaldoxime (10533-67-2) : The key to the synthesis of Methomyl is the synthesis of the intermediate methomyl oxime.The selection of synthetic route is different, metaxime yield and cost are far apart.metaoxime synthesis generally has the following five methods: sulphyl acetaldoxime method;Acetonitrile method;Methyl ethyl ketone method;Nitroethane method;Acetaldehyde method.metaoxime is mainly produced by acetaldehyde method in China.The operation procedure of acetaldehyde method is to react acetaldehyde with hydroxylamine hydrochloride under the action of acid binding agent, and the acetaldehyde oxime generated is then reacted with chlorine gas at a certain temperature. After a certain time, sodium methiol is dropped, pH value is adjusted by alkali, and the white crystal obtained is metaoxime.
