Air Driven Gas Booster-SHINEEAST
Air driven gas boosters are high pressure reciprocating pumps used for gases boosting, driven of compressed shop air. STD Series boosters are double acting, single air head driven type. They are characterized by the same features as the STA series except double acting. And they have to be prepressurized at the inlet port so as to meet with the outlet pressure requirements, which value will be variable based on the permitted maximum outlet pressure.
STD series gas boosters are suitable for the oil free compression of air and Industrial gases like Nitrogen, Helium as well as flammable and risk gases like hydrogen, oxygen and natural gas. Air drive pressure from 1bar(14.5psi. ) to 8bar(116psi. ). Provide for operating pressures up to 80Mpa.
Key features:
Double action for effective operation
No electricity required. Safe operation, ex-proof
More appropriate ratios for meeting higher flowrates and faster fill times
No airline lubricator required
Hydrocarbon free-seperation between air drive and gas booster sections
Suitable for most gases
Built-in cooling
High quality seals, long life service available
All components in contact with the gas are made of aluminium or resp. Stainless steel
Wide range of models
Standard and custom systems available
Reliable, easy operation and maintenance
Applications:
Mining, fire&safety
Aircraft ground support
Automotive air bag vessel filling
